This week has been kinda hectic, not helped by the two punctures which both times left me stranded in the wrong end of London, however we try to continue and it's been worth it as we've got wicked records from French wonders the yeasty kids, super sounds from Tom Phonetic, folky harmonies from 6day riot and a load more records from the west coast as well as vintage daisy age rap from A tribe called quest. It's been a hectic week at the Tuckshop HQ, not only did we record twp living room sessions, but I also managed to snap one of my pedals right off. it was a very long jog back to my destination with a bike by my side.

Yep, we're back once again with another "Living room sessions" and boy is this one a beauty.
Recorded somewhere in the murkier side of Stoke Newington, Tuckshop met up with a group of Housewives, a meeting which proved to be quite an encounter!
After we sat down to some cake and Tea, this fine band produced an even finer session which even featured contributions from their neighbours (who sadly didn't share our enthusiasm). As a momentous event is happening this week, the special one off reforming of Cornwall's favourite Boy Band Bugga, we at Tuckshop feel it is only appropriate to mark it accordingly.
On This show we not only feature the musical talents of Bugga, but also records from Gabriel Burne, Derek Meins, The Joy Formidable, The Pursuit and Port O'Brien. Plus we've got an oldie from the Cure, a gloden Oldie from Mott the Hoople and a golden golden oldie from the master Jonny Cash!!

It'll be pretty hard to beat last weeks wonder, which featured the live talents of Gabriel Burne, however we have tried our very best and have featured the fantastic talents of bands such as Henchmen, The Rodeo, Melodica,melody and me and Kimya Dawson. We've even added some real golden oldies from New York Dolls and Mississippi Joe Callicott, which when mixed with Old man pie and next months Living room session act "The Housewives", we're hoping its a show you won't want to miss.

We traveled down to the farthest regions of South West London to hook up with emerging song writer Gabriel Burne. Not only did he entertain us with his awesome songs and intellectual wit, but we also had the pleasure of sharing company with a couple of his comrades.
Gabriel Picked some real beauties from his talented pool of friends and if you're yet to hear the likes of Derek Meins, Will White, Action Jackson and Jake Beattie, then you really are in for one hell of a show!

What an amazig week we've had weather wise in the UK. It's hot, with beautiful blue skies... will it stay??? Who knows, However to further bring out the feeling of spring, we have some records which will keep this awesome feeling going for as long as possible as we have on this week.....

After a 2 week break (due to very hectic schedule) we are back with a pretty good show. We have for your ears tracks from awesome bands such as The Dirge, Tigers bite back, The Cure and Crago. Due to technical difficulties , it's a bit late this week, however hopefully you will not be disappointed with the show ,as we have some belters from Be your own pet, O Titus (get ready for the session in a few weeks) Everyones favourite the Black kids and London band The Dirge.
Add to that Gilded Lilly, Loch Lomond and Modest Mouse and my usual jibber jabber and all should be well.
